You'll get an email from us when you complete your checkout with your order number and details explaining what you've ordered, how much you've paid and where you've asked us to deliver the product(s) to. Keep this email handy in case you need to contact us about your order.
Free gifts or accessories ordered with a bike may not always be delivered at the same time as the bike but should be delivered within 10 working days.
Arranging the delivery of your Electric Bike
If you have ordered upgrades to your bike, this may slow down your delivery as we will install your extras before shipping. Your bike will be shipped to your provided delivery address as soon as we can.
Please contact us ASAP if you need to change the delivery day or have any specific info for us to provide to the courier company.
You will be subject to a £35 re-delivery fee if we try and deliver your bike and our couriers cannot delivery the bike.
What to expect when we deliver your Electric Bike
All our bikes are delivered 80%+ assembled and only require you to straighten the handlebars, attach the pedals and put on the front wheel (depending on which model).
On delivery, you will be asked to sign a delivery note as evidence that goods have been received. We advise you to note any obvious damage to your delivery on this delivery note.
Please inform us immediately if goods do not arrive, if they are damaged in transit, or if products are faulty on arrival, so that we can correct the problem as soon as possible. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
After you've received your Electric Bike
You'll need to ensure that you register your warranty. Most importantly, please remember that we're only a phone call or email away if you have any queries or concerns about your cycle. No matter how small or trivial your concern may seem to be, we'll be happy to help because it's very important to us that you have a fantastic cycle ownership experience.
